Applying DEI principles across screening line-ups, jury panels, collaborators and all areas where Shiny has influence
Using data and reporting to measure progress, with statistics published on the Shiny website
Working with Shiny’s DEI Advisory Group to ensure our approach remains relevant, accountable and effective
