Talent resource companies for new directors.

Supporting new directors has always been a core value for us, and some of our longest established relationships are with directors we met when they were just starting out. These directors have gone on to create big commercials, feature films, and TV series, which we have graded and finished.
We can connect you with our up-and-coming colourists, allowing you to build a trusted and creatively symbiotic relationship that has great potential for both of you to create your best work together. Creative Mentor Network are a charity working to break the class ceiling in the UK creative industries. They run mentoring programmes to support young creatives from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, support new talent, and train industry professionals as inclusive mentors and leaders.

The Student Commercial category is totally free to enter and the award goes to up to 5 students from the team, highlighting the director.
The work must have been produced in conjunction with an academic course – a signed letter from the course leader confirming eligibility is required during the entry process.
