What kind of work do you do?
We are ELMNTL. An independent creative studio based in Shoreditch, offering visual and audio post production. We specialise in all things post! Grade, VFX, CG + Audio. Mainly commercials but also short films.
Diversity Leadership:
As Shiny members, we are supporting free entries for Shiny’s education & training partners (Mama Youth, Brixton Finishing School, Creative Mentor Network, LSA, ELAM and universities & colleges worldwide).
Also as we are on the jury panel for the Shiny awards, we donate prizes to support new & diverse filmmakers.

Staff Profile
Prior to joining the ELMNTL team, Henry had already established himself as a versatile and talented colourist within fashion, commercials and music through stints at Envy, Cheat and Studio RM.
Working with agencies such as BBH, Mother and Wieden & Kennedy, Henry's passion for colour (and West Ham) is evident in his portfolio, with crafted grades for brands including Burberry, Gucci and Dior as well as Adidas, Nike, Havana Rum, Gordon's, Specsavers and Tesco.
Henry's drive to elevate while being sumpathetic to the brief can be further seen in his approach to music, with artists such as Skepta and Ed Sheeran championing his work, and short film, with the likes of i-D and BBC Studios.

We always try and look after, inspire and guide new talent so we often work on reduced project fees if we can manage to make it work around other paid for projects.
