How do you describe your company?
We are a London based production company driven by creativity. Founded by two directors, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We are nimble team who know how to move fast.
We’ve worked with the world’s leading advertising agencies, brands, music brands and media groups, we create award winning film and photography. We provide an inspiring home for directors, and have nurtured and represented a diverse roster of global talent.
Why should new directors be interested in your company?
We have a thriving freelance director contact book and develop some directors as part of our signed and exclusive roster.

Shiny members:
As members, Sticker Studios help offset the cost of free entries for hard-to-reach filmmakers who Shiny access via Mama Youth, Brixton Finishing School, Creative Mentor Network, LSA & ELAM, and the cost of free entries we give to university & college students worldwide. Sticker Studios also give their time on the Awards jury panels and donate Awards’ prizes.
How diverse is your directors roster/ contact book and do you want it to be more diverse?:
It’s pretty good on gender diversity, we would like to have more ethnic diversity.
Do you have a mentor, intern or director shadowing scheme?
We work with Grief Encounter to give young people in foster care experience in advertising production - usually a day in the office or set shadowing.
Do you have other diversity initiatives?
We run Women in Film events every other month. It’s a screening and panel discussion, where we celebrate women working in all aspects of advertising production. We give priority tickets to new filmmakers.

How diverse are people at your organisation?
We have 50/ 50 gender ownership, as mentioned we have good gender diversity throughout the company.
